It's easy to do: 1) Send a letter to all parents surveying their careers, 2) Invite them down for a night to demonstrate their jobs in a hands on workshop. 3) Create a list of treasure hunt questions where the children go from table to table asking the mentors about their careers, trying a skill and picking up a clue.
