The Nashville Ballet, together with the Nashville Chamber Orchestra, presents The Bell Witch , featuring "sets" by Gerald Marks that are actually digital 3-D projections. Choreography by Ann Marie DeAngelo Original music by Conni Ellisor The pictures require anaglyph 3-D glasses for true stereoscopic viewing. You need a red lens over the left eye and a
blue/green lens on the right. I design and manufacture all kinds of 3-D glasses (20,000,000 + to date) If you send me a

Votes:0 The Simple Making of Stereoscopic Photography You are the th wonderful visitor since 29 July 1997, thank you. You need not buy an expensive equipment to take a stereo-photo. You`ll make it by a very simple method. It`s very easy. In this page, I show you how to make a stereo-pair photography, and present some sample photos taken during my short trip in Japan. Let`s try it, and enjoy the fascinating stereo-photo world. Method using a couple of "single use camera" Another method using reversal film Stereoscopic Rural Japan, it returns. Votes:0 3D Photography Goals 3D scanning is the inverse of computer-aided manufacturing --- given a
physical object, such as a clay model of a car, a turbine blade, or a
chair, create a digital representation capturing its shape, color,
reflectance, etc. 3D scanning is similar in principle to other
technologies (like photocopying and video) that quickly, accurately,
and cheaply record useful aspects of physical reality, producing
electronic representations that can be used in ways physical objects
cannot - i.e., viewed on CRTs, edited, stored in databases,
transmitted over networks, analyzed in computer simulations, and used
as templates for making physical copies. We have developed algorithms
that construct geometric models from the data produced by current 3D
scanners. For example, the left imag Read More Go to Site
Votes:0 THE HEAD HOME PAGE Overview: This page is dedicated to the EE148/CS274 class, an excellent course offered at Caltech .
The class deals with the reconstruction of objects, using a commercially
available LCD projector and a CCD camera. Keep reading for the description
of the method. Why it is important: Probably all of us want to go visit the Louvre
museum in Paris or Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London. But how many of
us have the money and/or the time? Developing a good method to scan the
objects and have them in a format that can be displayed on the Web would
allow us to visit virtually any museum in the world. Another interesting area would be reverse engineering,
where one can create the project of a tool/device, given the actual object.
This way the object could be easily modified and Read More Go to Site

Votes:0 Mark Newbold's Stereo 3D Photo Anaglyphs Disclaimer: I made these photographic anaglyphs in 1996, when I first got interested in 3D stuff. The quality isn't very good since they were scanned from photo prints. You can find better anaglyphs on the web (see links on my 3D page). But just to prove that I can make a decent photo anaglyph: Hidden Valley Trail . Red/Blue Glasses are required to view the following images (red on the left). Also, I think you probably need your display set up for more than 256 colors. Click on a "thumbnail" picture below to view a larger (JPEG) version of the same picture. Search this site: Copy URL to your RSS Reader Save to deli.cio.us 3D Photography has been around for a century and a half. It is simply a method of photographically recreating what you already do- perceive depth in everything you see. Standard photographs are only 2-dimensional representations of what you see. 3-Dimensional photographs are taken from two perspectives (you have two eyes, hence two perspectives on a scene). By forcing each eye to see only one photograph, i.e. the left eye sees the left photograph and the right eye sees the right photograph, your brain will reconstruct the depth information from the two pictures and you will see a 3D image. There are various ways of doing this, and this Read More Go to Site
