How To Pick Out a Good Horror Book

Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror Writing on the Web
Feature Topic and Links:
Fantasy Writing: Inspirations
Even those imaginative writers of fantasy literature can sometimes find themselves short on ideas. How does the intrepid fantasy author best cope with this situation? After all, trying to produce credible fantastic stories when you're at a loss for fresh concepts can result in work that falls back on the standard cliches of the genre and thus feels, well . . . uninspired.
