Open Microsoft Publisher
Select Blank Page / Full Page / OK
Use the WordArt button for your heading (make it zappy)
Create a Text Frame for your information - change the font, colour, or size
Use the Picture button and create a frame for your graphic
From the Insert menu select Clip Art - then select an appropriate illustration
Finally use the Box button and draw out a frame for your Poster
From Format menu select Border, then choose either Line Art or Border ...

Make a Card Game using the in-built Paint program
From the start menu select Programs / Accessories / Paint.
From the Image menu select Attributes
Change the paper size to 6.5cm wide and 9cm high
Use the Rectangle tool to draw a card shape that almost covers the page
Select a colour for your cards then use the Fill tool to shade it in
From Edit choose Select All, then Copy
Return to the Image menu and select Attributes
Change the paper size to 20.5 wide and 29cm high
From Edit select Paste and a copy of your card appears on top of the original
Drag it beside the first and continue to paste until you have filled your page
Draw a different design on each of the cards
Print them and glue onto backing card
Cut into individual cards (makes 20)
