Purpose: Rhythm, Fun, Cooperation, and Timing.
Skills: Locomotor(Jumping), Listening
Equipment: Stereo and Music
Number of Students: The Whole Class
Formation: Scattered
Activity: Start off with right foot forward, right foot back, Left foot forward, left foot back, jump forward, jump back, jump, jump, jump. This is all done to the beat and words of the music. Start off individually, and than go to partners, and than go to the whole class. They go one behind the other either holding on to shoulders, or waist.
