DAMA GAZELLE
Name: Antelope: Dama Gazelle is the common name
Scientific name : Gazella dama
Range: Sahar Desert, tropical Africa and Asia, mountain ranges and sandy plains.
Habitat: In the dry season of the year they roam in bushlands and semi-deserts. In the wet season the gazelles can be found in the Sahara Desert.

GAZELLES
Gazelle is the common name for any of 16 species of small antelope, ranging from rich brown to grey to white in colour, with a streak of white or red on the side of the face
Gazelles are found in Africa and Asia, on deserts and open plains.
Both the male and female have horns, which are curved forwards and usually ringed from base to tip.
Of the animals closely related to the true gazelles, the springbok of southern Africa is best-known. Other relations include the dibatag of eastern Ethiopia and northern and central Somalia, and the gerenuk of eastern Africa.

Slender-horned gazelles are the palest of all gazelles, having a sandy-fawn color. The horns are long and almost straight and are found in both in males and females. They have slightly enlarged hooves for walking on sand.
