Welcome to the Nutrition Café! We're happy to announce a new Flash version of the café, with improvements in speed and appearance. To run the improved Nutrition Café, your browser will need the Macromedia Flash plug-in, version 6.0 or later. If you don't have the plug-in, you can get it free from Macromedia by clicking here.
You can still access the old version of the Nutrition Café, but unless you're using a very slow dialup Internet connection, you'll really enjoy the Flash version more.
